Refund policy

All sales are final on, Seasonal items, sale Items, specialty, and custom orders, no return or exchange.
• No return or exchange on all seasonal or holiday items.
• No return or exchange on sale items.
• All exchanges must be approved.

• You must request return authorization within 14 days of delivery and Approved returns must be received back within 30 days of delivery . For help with return to get the return authorization number, email orders@Mitzvahland.com.

• Any items received in defective condition must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives to confirm that everything was received intact, so we can file a claim in time and send a replacement promptly.

• Holiday items received in defective condition must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

•  In-store pickup orders must be collected within 30 days of notification that the order is ready. Returned pickup orders must be requested within 14 days of pickup, unless the item is final sale

• Large Quantity orders (one item with a quantity of 3 or more) are considered special orders and are not returnable.

Returns and Gift Returns: We accept returns on any Mitzvahland.com item still in its original packaging. You are eligible for a full refund minus the shipping costs associated with returning your order.

• Note: Seasonal items, sale items, ketubahs, specialty items, gift cards, challah boards, glass trays, shtenders, and custom orders are excluded from returns and exchanges. In addition, items containing both wood and silver, sterling silver items, and antique leather goods are also excluded. Lucite items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Knives are not returnable.

 Due to the special nature of some of our products, involving issues such as hygiene and Jewish law, as well as seasonality, there are several exceptions to the general policy of accepting returns. These include 1) Shofars - we will only accept returns on Shofars that are defective or cracked. All shofars are carefully inspected before shipping. 2) Once a Mezuzah is rolled or Tefillin once they are sold we cannot assume responsibility for it. Only if it is not kosher according to Jewish law, by no fault of the customer 3) Lulav and Esrog Sets. Due to their perishable nature and seasonality. 4) All Sukkah and bamboo mats. All sales are final.

Before returning merchandise.  Contact our customer service department, specifying your order confirmation number. Our customer service representative will provide you with a Return Authorization Number which should be referenced and included in the package. Please allow 7-14 business days from the date we receive your return, for it to be processed and for your refund or store credit to reflect on your account. We will keep you informed as the return process and refund are completed. We accept returns on Mitzvahland.com items still in its original packaging for up to 30 days after delivery.
