Wind/Weather-Related Damage:

While our sukkah kits are very sturdy, they are by their nature a temporary structure and must be protected and/or dismantled if significant weather events occur while the sukkah is assembled. They are not designed to withstand heavy winds, strong rain storms, snow, or other significant weather events.

Timeliness of Delivery:
Ups in our experience almost always on time however We DO NOT guarantee delivery of any order (or order correction) by a particular date or time, regardless of circumstances. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, natural events, or other factors beyond our control.

Bamboo Schach Mat - important Care Instructions

To maintain the quality and longevity of your bamboo schach mat, please follow these guidelines:

Do not stack or overlay schach mats directly on top of one another. In the event of rain, this may cause moisture to become trapped and lead to mold or mildew.
After use, ensure the mat is completely dry before storing it for the next year. Storing a damp mat may result in mold growth or damage.

Mitzvahland is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, storage, or exposure to moisture.

Missing Parts:

Please check your kit as soon as you receive it to ensure that all of the needed parts are there. We pack all of our kits by hand and while we take care to ensure that every kit is complete, we are only human, and occasionally a part is missing. Errors on our part will be corrected using regular Ups Ground as soon as they are brought to our attention.

No return or exchange on all seasonal or holiday items.
