Please enclose the packing slip/invoice and a letter explaining the reason for your return. Due to the special nature of some of our products, involving issues such as hygiene and Jewish law, as well as seasonality, there are several exceptions to the general policy of accepting returns. These include 1) Shofars - we will only accept returns on Shofars that are defective or cracked. All shofars are carefully inspected before shipping. 2) Once a Mezuzah is rolled or Tefillin once they are sold we cannot assume responsibility for it returns. Only if it is not kosher according to Jewish law, by no fault of the customer 3) Lulav and Esrog Sets. Due to their perishable nature and seasonality. 4) All Sukkah and bamboo mats. All sales are final.
