Refund policy
All sales are final on, Seasonal item, sale Items, specialty, and custom orders, no return or exchange.
•No return or exchange on all seasonal or holiday items.

•All exchange must be approved with store manager. Returns should be sent to Mitzvahland 16733 Ventura Blvd. Encino, California 91436. Please enclose the packing slip/invoice and a letter explaining the reason for your return. Due to the special nature of some of our products, involving issues such as hygiene and Jewish law, as well as seasonality, there are several exceptions to the general policy of accepting returns. These include 1) Shofars - we will only accept returns on Shofars that are defective or cracked. All shofars are carefully inspected before shipping. 2) Once a Mezuzah is rolled or Tefillin once they are sold we cannot assume responsibility for it returns. Only if it is not kosher according to Jewish law, by no fault of the customer 3) Lulav and Esrog Sets. Due to their perishable nature and seasonality. 4) All Sukkah and bamboo mats. All sales are final.
Returns and Gift Returns: We accept returns on any Mitzvahland.com item still in its original packaging. You are eligible for a full refund minus the shipping costs associated with returning your order, art prints (including ketubahs), and silver pieces are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Before returning merchandise. Contact our customer service department, specifying your order confirmation number. Our customer service representative will provide you with a Return Authorization Number which should be referenced and included in the package. Please allow 7-14 business days from the date we receive your return, for it to be processed and for your refund or store credit to reflect on your account. We will keep you informed as the return process and refund are completed. We accept returns on Mitzvahland.com item still in its original packaging for up to 30 days after delivery.
